NB: PLEASE NOTE ALL PRICES ABOVE ARE FOR 4 PEOPLE : ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED £30.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT
A £250.00 Deposit is required to secure the dates you require for the property.
Deposit payments are acceptable by PayPal subject to a 4% surcharge. This is the most secure and efficient method to ensure the dates you require are blocked and made unavailable to other guests on all sites.
The full balance payment is required 10 weeks before arrival date.
Balance payments can be made by bank transfer which is surcharge free. Balance payments can also be made by PayPal subject to a 4% surcharge.
The deposit is returnable in full upon vacating the property in the condition in which it was found. Cleaning is included in the rental cost.
